In fact rivers people were responsible for the chaos in their state. What I am baffled about is the failure of the police and other security agencies in arresting perpetrators and chief sponsors of the violence.

The president is not going to do that or suppose to do arrest criminals. Security agencies are suppose to do their jobs.

Buhari manipulated INEC cant conduct a peaceful election in just one state out of 36states of the federation. SHAMEEEEE.
