Portharcourt is today free of Okada related cases because there was a Policy, command and enforcement. The enforcing authorities need to sit up for real.

The fuel queue being government induced shouldn't be compared with a civillian induced public suffering. Even the government will argue that the fuel situation is beyond it but thinking of what we masses fo to ourselves is heartbreaking.

I'm from this part of ph and i also live there.its like a part of the tradition especially when it's someone thats elderly,well known and respected.it just breaks my heart that at this age practices like this still exist.
