Op you get time o, please who takes those silly wailers Serious? Bunch of unfortunate fellow.

I wonder what would have happened to us as a nation if with the little we have now pdp still remains in power, and their economic gangsters still allowed to loot in dollars under the ineffectual buffoon.

Pathetic!
Go and familiarize yourself with the constitution, which permits the government to spend a percentage of its proposed budget when the draft is under legislative consideration, and stop confusing your fellow wankers.

Building roads and fighting Boko Haram where? In Atlanta or Niger republic? We are not even talking about 5years with NO new roads to the credit of an administration that earned the highest revenue in history and you are here making your best effort to pollute this thread.

Are you not ashamed that your President is not able to pen down an error free budget ? Are you still not ashamed that for one year a country operates auto-pilot without budget because your illiterate President couldnt do his job ?

When you deliberately refused to idolize or make these first set of people your mentors or heroes but in your ignorance or in your flagrant disobedience to morality&sanity you choose the second set of persons as your heroes or idols, then your head is a burden to your neck cuz ain't useful to both you the carrier, and the society at large.

APC and excuses are like Bread and Butter. They promised us Change and better life during campaign . They told us to vote out PDP and see how Nigeria will become Eldorado with them in charge. Almost a year, they shamelessly came up with the same reason they gave us to vote out PDP. Nlanders, permit me to ask, are we moving forward, Backward or stagnant?

First off, I am not here to tolerate your naivety, I am not complacent in your typical mediocrity. I wasnt trained to be stupid like most of you.

Shall we begin;

You said Buhari operates without budget and pays salary without borrowing - That is total rubbish, I do not know your background, but even on a family setting, budget and planning is important. Buhari is so illiterate that he couldnt even sign a budget, one year after he won an election and he is spending money ? Why would anyone, any sensible man to applaud such expenses without the context of planning and budgeting. I think you are sick, lacking in wisdom and inefficient in business acumen.

Salaries of workers: Nigeria makes millions of dollars daily on oil and gas exports and these funds accrue to the banks daily. Is Buhari paying this salary from his Daura Cattles and not our oil/gas money ? Why are you praising a man who has not fixed any infrastructure since he assumed work.

Go to the filling station and preach about goodness of Buhari, I can assure your family that you will be dead.

Why are u talking like an illiterate todler. You are not making any sense. What exactly is your point.

Mine is so far no good Buhari have not borrowed to pay salaries.
Buhari gave bailed out funds to states
Buhari is fighting terrorism and have won technically without borrowing

The country is on the verge of moving forward with budget being passed as many things can't be done without the budget passed into law.

Things that are alowed by law without a budget have been managed and done successfully...

What exactly is your pain?

Keep your mouth shut if you do not have what to write. A government isnt operating on a budget, yet it is spending money. Then you applaud a government that is unaccountable ? Do you know anything about business or you are just one foolish person depending on parents for food ? Planning and Budgeting are the core of management, and if you dont plan you fail. Which is why Buhari has so failed and is the worst president in living memory.

Concerning the issue of borrowing to pay salaries, what is he doing with the millions of dollars that accrue to Nigeria daily. JOnathan was fixing roads, building airports, fighting Boko Hausa Haram, building schools and runing YouWin and SUre-P. What has the illiterate in Aso Rock been doing with the millions of dollars per day we earn from oil and gas exportation.

Buhari is paying half salary. He has shifted the borrowing to heads of parastatals.

I argued in another thread, some universities are already paying 75% of their salaries because that's what is sent to them.

Some borrow to make up which I don't know how long that will be sustained.

From one of the universities, FG mopped up 8 billion naira. So don't tell me that it is about what they generate...

Stop deceiving us jare...

Bros, can you please type in FGN bonds 2016 in Google. Do you know that last week alone the government borrowed 125 billion Naira and plans to borrow 3 trillion Naira this year?

According to him, FGN bonds are currently being used to finance recurrent expenditure.

“If this much is being invested in recurrent expenditure and it’s not bringing capital into the industry, we are not quarrelling with government, we are very open and ready to partner with government on well-conceived projects,’’ Longe said.
http://thenewsnigeria.com.ng/2016/03/nigeria-fritters-away-bond-treasury-bills-on-recurrent-expenses/

Nigeria expects a budget deficit of 3 trillion naira in 2016, which is equivalent to $15 billion up from 2.2 trillion naira, or $11 billion, that had been previously estimated.

One thing i know for a fact is this! Nigerians made the best decision voting out Jonadumb! Now if you asked me, has Buhari's administration done anything significantly different to put Nigeria on the right track? My answer is, time will tell! In all fairness, 1 year is not enough time to see results to make a conclusion. Half way through his tenure might be a more reasonable timeline to start rating his performance. Let's wait and see, but Nigerians must keep up the pressure on this government. To whom much is given, much is expected! Nigerians gave buhari their trust to turn things around for the best!!

You have a very tiny mind and cannot see the forest for the trees.
In your hero's first official year he ran out of plaques to present to national merit award winners. There were less than 100 nominess for that award! He and his team could not tally the number of plaques produced with the number of recipients.
Jonathan failed at something so simple and you proudly believe he understands the concept of budget and planning let alone the accuracy of inputs thereof.

That budget was prepared by the same people who prepared Jona's budget. In the link below you will find that he faced the same problem in 2012. And he did nothing about it.

https://www.nairaland.com/913996/jonathan-may-sack-mdas-chiefs

Now go and figure how perfect Uncle IB's budgets were.

I don't discuss fuel price and the way fuel is bought. It's a waste of my time. We are talking big-bang issues and you want to reduce the discussion to temporary market distortions. Btw I beleive it is a problem and the guys in charge are not sleeping.

Just yesterday it was reported that pumping of petroleum products to Aba has resumed, after 16 years of aimless PDP leadership.

https://www.today.ng/news/national/98520/supply-of-petroleum-products-returns-to-aba-nnpc-depot-after-16-years
