Come and see me ooo. I have this friend who is working in one of lagos big companies. He asked me to advise him about buying a land or getting a car. I advised him to go for a choiced land and forget buying a car, since he is living very close to his office. He insisted on buying a car and i was so amgry with him cus, why would he ask for advise while he is bent on doing what appease his mind? He bought the car today and offered me a ride and i went out with him. But i seriously think he is a fool. What do yoy think? Over to the house. 1 Like |

I bought a car first too. The car is what you'll use to convince prospective clients to pay you enough money to buy land...... they think... "if you're so smart, how come you've not being paid enough to afford a car " In Nigeria, it's hard to move ahead without packaging. 4 Likes |

9airaland:Nooo..... buying land before car is wisdom........ but Naija wisdom is different. It's extra hard to get good opportunities when one is flying bikes up and down....... even the gateman will act up towards you if you don't pull up in a ride. |

Any day anytime, land first o before car, if possible finish the house first before car sef as I care less enu olofofo. Moreover, car depreciates while land appreciates but owning landed property in high brow areas like Lekki, Ajah, VI, oworonsoki, Ikoyi, maitama, wuse 2, garki etc!, oozes worth and class! |
