I am still nursing the hurt of our exit, imagine there was no electricity from PHCN/DISCOs,had to go unimaginable lengths to get fuel at very high price (black market) just to watch the Super Eagles, then I see how most of our boys were playing without flair eg Ahmed Musa,Mikel etc
Only Victor Moses was charging and hungry.
It's obvious Nigeria needs to really seek forgiveness from God!
We have resources (material and human) but our case is something else..

SO WHATS ALL THE BENEFITS OF YOUR UNDERAGE SUCCESS ... angry
NIGERIA NEED TO TAKE THE BOLD DECISION AND DROP ALL THE SENIOR PLAYERS AND START WITH THE WINNING UNDER 17 SQUAD.
SIASIA SHOULD BE MAINTAINED...
THATS HOW GHANA MANAGED TO GET THIS FAR
THANK ME LATER.. smiley

It serves all you Nigerian supporters right! When Oliseh was on course to qualifying the nation for AFCON, everybody criticised him for his approach. No one understood that, even as arrogant and seemingly inexperienced he was, what the Nigerian team is currenty lacking is discipline. He had to take some weird but strong decisions.
Now he's out and you have brought Siasia in. No one wants to criticise Siasia for not qualifying Nigeria for AFCON. If anyone tells me that Nigerian played well, that person is high on 'weed'.
If playing long balls to strikers (in the midst of defenders) to bring down and start an attack is a god tactic, you need to have your head examined. The wingers were non-existent. I mean! No run-ins.. Wingers would have provided that bite. We wanted to break into a crowded centralized defence. SHAME! No creativity. Mikel is useless! I'm sorry.

Anyways, I stopped supporting Nigerian football long ago. Iheanacho wouldn't have done shit! There's a fundamental problem with tactics and discipline. No hunger, No zeal!

Guys you forgot things so easily I knew kelechi will be benched in a serious game in as much Amunike was there in coaching crew or do you guys forgot the drama then between him and kelechi in contract signing

I sorry for this country million of Nigeria should be sent out of Nigeria they don't deserve to be called Nigeria. Nigeria is a country that build and destroy that us our logo if kelechi were to be from Ghana or Senegal I swear this guy is a going to be the new Messi of Africa with his style of playing but in Nigeria all odds will stand your way to destroy your destiny both physical and spiritual.

blueto:
He was also marginalized during the U-20 world cup tournament.

Imagine Iheanacho that is a Man City player trying to secure first team footballing appearance for the club by getting supports from Nigerian coaches to pressurize Man city to inducting him into the first eleven is busy trying to marginalize him by failing to feature him in major national games and refraining from speaking on his awesome prowess.

Thereby, proving to Man City that he is not fit to be their player.

If a Player should snub Nigeria now for other countries, the coaches will begin to wail!

It is really pathetic for Iheanacho.

Lalasticlala and Mukina2, I hope you are observing wink .
Man city defended their starlet. They said Nigeria failed to qualify as a result(for not using their player, Iheanacho). I looked forward to seeing Iheanacho being introduced but as usual, the coach failed like every other one. Kelechi has not only eyes on goal, he has luck as well.

The Success Of Spain: A Lesson For Every Football Nation

The seniors showed how to do it! And now the juniors showed that even they can do it. Next what? Even the Spanish U5 might win their respective football tournament in the very same way. It’s that time to say that Brazil is no more the most feared football country in the world. It’s time for Spain to take the throne. The victory of Spain U-21 in the European championships recently has further substantiated the claim of the kings of world football. But how has Spain managed this unprecedented success, this unbelievable consistency that every country wants to emulate the Spanish success model?

The Process of Winning

Rome was not built in a day nor was Spain’s WC triumph or its major episodes of glory. It had been planned meticulously and every single detail was given great attention.

This is one of my favorite reads of football development. When you read this, you will understand the importance of good Football administration. You will notice why Politicians with no deep love for Football have no business running the game.

You will also get why the blame should not always fall on the shoulders of coaches.

Iheanacho is back with Amunike in a way. Iheanacho signed for the agent who signed Amunike's boys (Osimhen, K. Nwakali, etc), that is Stellar group. There is no beef between both of them.

How was Coach Oliseh on course, is it by drawing with Tanzania? If Coach Oliseh could not beat Tanzania, is it Egypt he will beat?

Nigerian football glory days are gone. With all the stars we've got in our ranks we couldn't defeat an average Egyptian side. We don't deserve an afcon place, period!

Re: AFCON Qualifiers: Mancity Writes About Iheanacho by Raziii(m): 1:02pm On Mar 30, 2016
Why play with touchline hugging wingers when you know they r poor in crossing the ball... Just don't get it! Musa plays as a centre forward for his club, y play him as a winger. The primary work of a touchline hugging winger is to get crosses in... Neither Musa nor Moses can do that! Iwobi is a ball playing winger. Would have been a better choice. Wenger did the same thing, walcot isn't performing, he axed him and is nw using Iwobi. Y are our coaches too rigid! You left Iheanacho on the bench and u started with Umar! Tho I don't wanna blame Siasia... NFF needs to go, they are the problem with our football. But Siasia could have and should have done better!

Kelechi doesn't fit into d system siasia put out. Nobody from the bench could have changed anything. D Egyptians were better..more technical.... D guff in class was evident.... we should rebuild a team instead..

He didn't beat Tanzania, but how would you have known that he wouldn't beat Egypt. Football isn't Mathematics. Continuity and persistence is key. It was silly to put him under immense pressure when Nigeria had not gotten to a stage where they were dependent on mathematical calculations to qualify. Oliseh was on the hot seat from the beginning of his tenure till the end and it was caused by Nigerians. This affected his performance on the pitch.

Aside keshi, mention any Nigerian coach that is of international standard. I can bet you this Egypt national team can't win the afcon but the overode Nigeria because they were better technically.

Why play ighalo as a lone striker when he is been paired in his club side? Siasia is f...king overrated. He can only manage over aged youths. His formation yesterday was wacky.. He couldn't even make early substitutions knowing fully well that aminu, ighalo and musa were waste of time. How many times will I repeat myself that Mikel is a DM.. Trying to play him as no 10 can't work anymore.

Just look at the goalkeeper, he was too Steve.. He wasn't anticipating for any ball. Where did we get him ? Tho im an arsenal fan but De gea of the red devil makes me believe there is no shot a goalie can't save.. That dude can abort a 9 month pregnancy

Lastly, we just need a damn foreign coach and overhaul our over aged handicaps

The line-up yesterday surprised me, leaving out Moses Simon for a very selfish Victor Moses and a childish Ahmed Musa

Let's not blame Siasia too much. He's still one ofthe best we have in Nigeria. Don't forget, he took up the job not more than a month ago. NFF is the problem we have.
Don't know why we didn't make use of chances earlier on. Didn't watch the match, though.

Do I feel Coach Oliseh was sabotaged? Yes. I believe the NFF fixed Kaduna as the venue for the first game against Egypt to sabotage Coach Oliseh. The Coach cried against the venue but the NFF members refused.

What I pointed out was we can not say Coach Oliseh was on course to qualify. The Tanzania score line tells that it was not a guaranteed qualification Under Oliseh

That Ighalo is just a wacky player to me, no skill, no shot, nothing nothing.. All the goal he has scored at watford are all inside 18 yard box and it's a cheap tap in goal.. Ighalo is a striker a team can depend especially when laying him as a lone striker.. I was wondering why Siasia left Iheanacho on bench?.. Sometimes, I don't know how this our local coach thinks angry ... The worst part was that he played 4-3-3 formation, where as we don't have any quality attacking mid fielder.. Nawa oo angry

Very true bro it's terrible once one shines above the envy negative bias and silent wishes of failure becomes too much. Look at Moses what did he ever do to warrant Keshi and Oiseh not even inviting him. His zeal and strong input gave us African nations cup..Now it's Iheanacho they are trying to destroy for no reason even at the teams peril. Evil country.
