There are girls who feel using condom during sex is not for matured ladies but for small girls. No wonder most girls hardly insist on using condoms when having sex with a guy. They usually feel condoms are for small girls, and not for matured ladies. And also because using it makes them look like slut/prostitutes. They prefer to take the risk, or assume the guy they are sleeping with is clean (doesn't have any STDs), rather than allow any guy have sex with them with a condom. Imagine the risk? Naija girls are indeed living dangerously these days...
