My DH, my MIL n my mum won't let me go hospital. Because I no scream or act lyk am in nid to rush down. Just Dat I lyk coding my pain n no one else will knw. Justy don't wanna put Dem on high tension. Av did squat every 30min. But if dey no let me till 2pm. I will av to pretend.

Normal not to feel a bit pregnant on some days?
Like since week 8, when I saw d heart beat flickering on d screen I have been fairly strong.
Yesterday that I clocked 9 weeks, I was my strongest.

As in I feel so normal.
I had to go for scan and still saw d heart beat and bigger baby.

Please help me, is it normal?
I feel more of d penduculated fibriods which is behind my ovary.
I sleep on my tommy and feel it some days.

Or should I stop Pregnacare Max? That's all I take now with one meal a day. Then I try to drink cornflakes which am beginning to hate.

Chai, let's say morning sickness is all oover you now, you go dey complain ooo. Now that you don't have it u still wan it? See life? I for one never had morning sickness, just that I can sleeeeeepppp. As in sleep wake up eat and sleep again. And I ate serious pepper in my early pregnancy days, if the pepper no full the food I can eat it. My hubby doesn't eat from my plate cos after dishing I add special pepper. So you don't need to worry if yours takes a different dimension from others. I also remember I couldn't take water, I was always taking juice or I simply mix it with lots of water before I can drink it. Body different my sister.

As for sleeping on your tommy pls stop it, I usually sleep well and faster when is tommy down, when I conceived and was on bed in the hosp, Dr one met me in that position and asked the nurse not to allow me lie on my tommy again. So pls it not the best position for you now. Side is best. Read left hand side is best cos it aids blood flow. But u can't maintain one side now, so both sides is advised. For now, back down I also good, it also helps with blood flow, but once you become heavy, nobody will tell you not to back down again, you will not be able to do it.

Whenever I take amala, chai, they will stretch, become very very active ehh. I noticed beans too but amala is within 4 mins they will become over active.

Anyone with same experience with a particular food?

Yes oooo. If am in doubt about my baby's safety, all I need is to take Horlicks. It works like magic. Baby kicks like there is no tomorrow ooo

Your baby eats what you eat, and reacts as you react. Make an effort to keep baby calm by being calm yourself. Think positive and peaceful thoughts.
Stroke your belly, and speak softly to your baby. These months are very special, and you will never get them again with this particular baby, so make the most of it. Allow your partner to join in with this bonding process.
Move with ease. The movement you make as you take a slow walk, puts baby in a sleepy state. After he or she is born, the similar rocking motion will be used to put baby to sleep.

Really @Cutienik and Britneystacey. I actually asked cos hubby said I should stop taking amala that it seems they don't like it and it discomfort them. As in, their actions when I start is amazing. also yoghurt makes them over active.

u need to be examined by a doctor. if u need to shout,pls do,so they will allow u go to the hospital.besides ur due already,why will they hold u back

hi ma, at my last anc we were told that we can sleep on our backs in d early months but neva to sleep on our tummies weda in early or late pregnancy, dat it can cause the placenta to detach from the baby. I don't knw hw true dat is but am not ready to find out sef.
