Who can tell how the reflection of the lady happened to be this way?

There's a smaller mirror in front of them, as tall as the girls face level. That's why her face is showing on the reflection and the man's is not

Quite a possibility.
But then that would be pure genius cos a lot of physics techniques (angles and positioning of the mirrors) must have been considered; and I bet more than one camera was used.

Hope you don't mind noting that the girl's reflection is in the same position with the guys real image and..

(1) If there was a smaller mirror as implied, the reflections would have been in sequence/steps of more than three.
An example is that seen in a barber's/hairdresser's shop with two opposite mirrors.
(2) If there was a smaller mirror, the guy's part of the body equivalent in height to the girl's reflection would have displayed its reflection synchronously and simultaneously with that of the girl's reflection.

Hence renders your hypothesis null and void

Not even the man's pocket side...that the lady leans on huh

Also the pillar and maybe kids in the reflection should be behind the lady going from your analysis

Cos I knew something was wrong with that assumption, just couldn't point it out clearly like you did.
