If she's morbidly obese, gastric bypass surgery will work just absolutely fine. If she had the money, she can go do it abroad. Its a miracle treatment that a lot of people will rather die than admit to having it done

Hian, are you that big or obese to require such procedure?.l think strict exercise regime and healthy eating habits does wonders than going under the surgical knife (my opinion though as l also practice it and it works for me all the time), a diet of 30% protein + 20% vegetables + 20% carbohydrates + regular exercising will work wonders and keep you fit and in shape anyday grin
