yes. theres what we call cryptic pregnancy...where a woman doesnt notice sigms of pregnancy, for example a missed period, breast soreness, morning sickness etc till she guves birth but its very rare.
But its very common to get ur normal period for first few months after conception, This period is not as heavy as d normal period tho. so yes it is possible

yes it is very possible to be pregnant and still be menstruating. Infact a woman in my church gave a testimony of how she menstruatd up to d day of her delivery. Even the tests conducted on said she waznt pregnant until she deliver a baby. Now dt can only b done by God.
