As usual albino Senator representing Twitter constituency has already tweeted that there was nothing like Lagos-Calabar rail project; what a shame. Can somebody tell me one major contribution Senator Ben Bruce has made since joining the National Assembly? He seem to spend more time on his phone than on reading between the lines of very important sociopolitical issues. All I know is that Buhari, Osinbajo and Udoma are too dignified to lie just to win cheap political points...rather than clamour and insist on the inclusion of the rail project in the budget, some busy bodies here are insulting the presidency...kontinu!

it was not in the Original, padded, mixing, re-submitted budget (acclaimed original) by PMB,
this was back-door submission to the committee and not the whole NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, this should be done by supplementary budget presentation, that is what NASS is saying
