Hmmm.....this is serious! Pls someone shud confirm the veracity of this info. I don't understand why they keep scaring and threatening ppl in this job since inception. No body's salary shud be tampered with this march o before I release thunder; and they shud also pay those they are owing february salary with immediate effect. Enough of this tittle-tattle!

Just go to the board and check if your name is included in the names that were pasted, if it is, then you go in to tick your name in the comprehensive list, if its not then you sort it out with them so your name will be included. According to them,, the names pasted are the authentic staff of PPSB. Any name not included or not ticked are ghost workers, hence, will not be paid. Go with your details (bvn, bank info) in case you are asked to provide them.
I'll suggest you call your colleagues or your principal to find out if they are aware or have done it already cos my principal did it for us even without our knowledge.

I heard from a staff of ppsb that the list is for the teachers who were not paid their February salary .They are to confirm and put down their correct nominal role data so that the mistake will not be repeated.

Not true. The list is for everyone. I was paid Feb salary n my name was also on the list. To be on the safe side, everyone should go check if their names were included.

yes you are right. I got the information since last Friday but decided not to write about it on nairaland because I don't want insults . some people politicise every thing. if say things the way they are, u become an enemy of the government.

i just left d board some hours ago to my house, i was at d board bfore 8am dis morning. The list of yesterday has been removed. The director for payroll was angry with us for coming there in the first place and ask us who invited us? He later asked us to pen down our names and computer numbers and then go home, that they will sort it out and then tick it. However, he told us that it was principals and LG finance officers are the ones that should do dt and nt us.

Am optimistic that I will smile to the bank this week by the time my double alert for February and March sound with faith...

as for me, I'm expecting my february and my old arrears, followed by my March Salary. That is, three months before the 15th of this month

with d look of things at d board (PPSB) 2day, salary is likely to start flowing by next wk monday.

One thing am concern about is WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON AT PPSB! To me with this whole thing they are killing the system. School will soon resume and this delay in payment will have serious effect on teachers motivation...this is what kills education in a long run. a Wiseman once said "An empty stomach is a bad political adviser!" All this kind of disorganization can make even the most dedicated teacher to start thinking of alternatives....thereby reducing his efficiency and productivity from 100% to 35% or 2%.

Also I will not be surprised if I hear say some names disappear like wili-wili and some names appear like super story because everything is part of the ABRAKADABRA.
