Hello house, please I av couple of questions I need answers to urgently so as to advise a sister. Is it okay for a wife and the husband to apply for study permit at d same time, or is it a red flag for visa denial? Another question is, assuming d husband decides to defer his application...can my sister apply for study visa with her two kids- one is just some months old n d other about 3years, or is this also a red flag for visa denial?
Please I need responses to these questions so as to be able to advise her correctly. Thanks a bunch

Partners in marriage are sure bet when they don't apply together ( but applying together is allowed too). However, available funds must be high enough in both cases. Shalom!

Hello House,

can some1 apply for Trv with conditional letter of admission(pending official Transcript)?.
Yes. Just include copy of the transcript and other copy of educational certificate. But it doesn't take time for the school to issue you an unconditional letter once the official transcript is made available. Be good.

Applied to Western University also (Meng Structural Engineering) and Ryerson University (Master of Building Science). Although i have an admission from Conestoga college to study PGC in Construction Management but i'm holding on TRV application. I want to know outcome about the two Universities before applying for TRV. I dont think deposit fee of Ryerson should be a problem since its only 1000cad (N155,000.00). Lets carry each others along guys. TRV IS SURE THIS YEAR.
if your last 2 years in your Bsc results is good, with a good letter of purpose ryerson will give you admission. I haven't gotten feedback from Western University yet

You'll apply for a student visa without the correct letter? My advice is to please be patient. Don't take chances. Whatever is needed, please wait to receive it and apply. They might return your documents if they don't find the correct letter attached to it.

All the best.

Hi there! I am finally going to Canada this year! Where do you recommend me to go in Toronto? I've found some tours on https://izi.travel/en/tourguides-in-canada website, and they look really nice. What do you think about them? Maybe you can recommend me some sites and attractions there too

@ thesoj
I have read the bulk of parts 7, 8,9 and 10 on this thread and have even specifically read all of your posts...
I am a super complicated applicant
Over ten years study gap...I have work experience filling that up o
Married with 3 kids whom I plan on taking with me for my one year PGC in HRM @Georgian college.(B.sc in Accounting and Finance and over 7yrs experience in bank, just about one year work experience in a HR firm)
Only one of my kids requires a TRV as the other 2 are U.S. citizens. My husband is not joining us as he has a good job in Naija and would be sponsoring the trip.
Please I need you to help go through my SOP and help with pointers on where I need to make corrections.
I tried sending you a message, I don't know if you got it.

I understand you must be really busy but I can assure you my SOP is devoid of grammatical errors.

VO's handling online applications must be high on codeine or something.
@bigyemi2000 your application is just 8weeks today, last time I checked processing time was 10weeks. So I'll suggest you chill a little bit if you you still have some 'chills' in you
