Obiano is set to commission the completed project jointly developed by the Anambra State government and Africa Capital Alliance. The mall will host Shoprite, Mr. Price, Woolworth, 5 Continental Restaurants/Fastfoods, Banking Halls, Cineplex/Games, Flight ticketing firms etc. It is a one-stop-shopping mall East of the Niger.
