can help u wit admission letter from my university here in Russia, ull get it tommorrow, thru email, ull use it for application, after d whole process then ull start looking for admission letter from ur skool of choice

okay...no problem.....the space for the guarantor's letter is not marked with red asterisk so u don't need to get it before you are shortlisted.....thats based on previous years......but you need the name, phone number and email address of the local government chairman...........so If u have some from your local government who has gotten his guarantor's form you can collect this details from him .......but make sure you get the letter before you are called for the oral interview

same with everyone's application I know of......I think it would be hard to get a system or scanner that scans in GIF format......they scan mostly in TIF, JPEG/JPG, PDF format.....VERY VERY HARD......but if you upload a passport in PDF format you can't go to the next page and it shows " use JPEG and GIF format only" in the space for passport......so I'm pretty sure JPEG is accepted........... I guess you all uploaded in JPEG format?

did you screenshot it....because your reference code is very important, as I believe it would make it easier for you when you are shortlisted.

you can apply without an admission letter and be shortlisted...... just tick yes in the question "have you secured admission?"..... and provide the course and proposes school
