If you are in Lagos and have the time, you may want to mine sand in micro scale. You can join one of the many clusters in Lagos. If you don't have the time, you may wish to make a boat for some of the miners and get weekly rent.

I will advise you to look inward into Agriculture. Fish farmning is lucrative. Poultry is also a good area.
There is a company in Ibadan that sells day old chicks and buy them back from you six weeks later. All you need is a rearing space.
Your one million naira can be used to renta a farm and buy feed for the birds for d six weeks..
