This report is more realistic and very plausible.

Herdsmen have been used as cover for various crimes including kidnapping and now, mass murder. No one is absolving some herdsmen from crimes just as Enugu residents should not be absolved (there are criminals everywhere), but people need to use their brains and realize that the herdsmen couldn't have committed this barbaric act.
