House Whats the express method of getting a Police clearance certificate? and how much is it? Must it be at Algbon Ikoyi?

Also Can I apply for it with my expired passport? My passport renewal is taking longer than expected to comeout...

Alagbon is the best place to get police clearance certificate for embassy,it shouldnt be more than 4-5k,finf urself to obalende under bridge, then take bike/keke napep down to alagbon,i dont know the issue of you going with your expired passport if it will be given, but you can try ur luck and let them know you are only trying to meet up with time.

FormA processes depend on your bank atleast I knw like 3 pple here who got it done under 8 days, it depends on ur bank, firstly d cash will b in ur acct but bt will b block, for d process once it's done u get alert but since they told u it has been approved just ask for the Telex copy with that u can trace where the money is...

Hi every1. The portion of the study permit application form that asks about past work experience or what one was engaged in for the past 10 years isn't enough to fill in what have been engaged in for the past 10 years. Is there anyone who recently encountered the same problem? Please how was it handled? I need an answer urgently plz

Don't try to use a telex copy for ur visa application cos they know u can still cancel the payment wait for the school to receive the funds and send ur the school receipt cos at times even with Telex copy the funds might still take like 3 days to get to the school mostly d corresponding banks delays the final payment

Hello Everyone

I have been following this thread for a long time and have seen how helpful you all have been to each other and new people, May God bless this forum and us all in this thread.

I have some questions, I graduated long ago 2007 to be precise, I studied Law and graduated with a 2nd class upper degree. I want to go for a masters degree but don't want an LLM. I was thinking in the lines of Peace and Conflict studies offered by University of Manitoba, but my problem is that the next admission intake is next fall but I really want to leave by January, and no other program I like begins in January except the Masters in Human Resources by the University of Regina (which is very expensive compared to the other program).

My question is, If I get admission for the MHRM program and back it up with an employment in that field, can I get Visa? Or would it be deemed as not relevant to my 1st degree? How easy is it to change course and school when I get to Canada? If I withdraw from a program while waiting to start another, how long am I allowed to be idle? Should I apply instead for a PGD in Alternative Dispute Resolution in a college which is an 8 month program compared to the MHRM which is 2 years?

I am going with the intention of migrating permanently. Are any of these programs relevant in Canadian workforce?

Please be patient with me, I know the questions are many but I will appreciate honest and thoughtful replies.
@justwise and all others!

Thanks!

Hello all, Please is there anyone going to Red River College this fall, Pls do let me know oh.

I submitted my application on the 22nd of April (online route) and i have course to travel to Lagos next week for an exam. Is it possible I get my medicals done next week even though i have not gotten a medical mail. Can an hospital have an arrangement where you do it and it is kept somewhere and as soon as u get your request you can scan it to them for it to be effected.

Thank you as you respond.

I think you should follow up with them, you should know if it's been processed in a week, because first bank head office wasted 3weeks on my form A processing. Apparently the lady there just started learning the process. But thank God I listened to my husband saying it's not about running to head office but going to a branch where you have a one on one relationship. I sorted my form A in a Diamond branch and I got my telex copy this week.

I have come to return all the glory to God.

3 times refusal in 2015,
refired and submitted online application Feb 6th, 2016
May 11, 2016, ,Medical passed, PASSPORT REQUEST, i have submitted it today too.

I am immensely grateful to everyone on this thread. God bless you all and through NL, I have made new friends- great friends like @thesoj, @team 12, @sholay2011, @pampem,@hayqinxfb and to all whose monikers I cant mention, I am grateful

NB:
When you get passport request, if you are using Lagos VSF, don't get in and sit o,
just walk up to the first two counter and give them the pali.
I sat for over 20 mins this afternoon before I took it upon myself to ask whether I needed to go through the same stress as fresh submission.

THANK YOU ALL

I am packaging my daughter and husband right away. I wish all TRV hopefuls all the best of God.
who is going to UBC here, or who knows someone who is going or is there or has graduated. please, let us hook up.

Please how did you sort out your Form A application. Because I just went to Diamond Bank to apply but they told me that CBN is yet to advice them on Form A. I really need to know. if possible you can also tell me the correct bank that can help me as fast as possible.
