I have not sent any hard copy to uniassist before for applications to Rhine Waal University of applied Science specifically - not all schools. I sent hard copy application for other schools.

What I mean is this. If you have applied to any school through uni-assist before even if it is not rhinewal within a year, once you have sent just one hard copy to them, it is enough for any other schools you want to apply to through uni-assist. For example, if I want to apply to school A,B,C,D and rhinewal this winter semester, once I have sent a certified hard copy to uniassist for school A, I don't have to send another certified hard copy to uni-assist again for school B, C,D and rhinewal even in the next summer and winter semester. Are you talking about this scenario I have painted above or otherwise?

If Fachhochschule Humburg wants your transcript, and you didn't apply to them via uni-assist, I am afraid, the school can't assess it, or any of your other documents.

You would have to send them the certified copy of your transcript.

if it's for bsc, meaning uni-assist gave u a VPD, u don't need to send ur transcript anymore. Plus HAW Hamburg can access all docs that was evaluated to produce the VPD on uni-assist portal. This is assuming it's the VPD thing.

Since you have applied to Hamburg already, you don't need to send any certified hard copy again for rhinewal; just the confirmation print out duly signed. As for Hamburg UAS, you have to send a certified hard copy to them on or May 31st including your IELTS certificate; uni-assist will forward the vpd to them (Hamburg UAS) and a soft copy to your e-mail, and also the hard copy will be sent to your home address when it is ready and it must be on or before May 31st also. In addition, you will need to register online on Hamburg website, print the confirmation pages which will generate for you application number and your date of birth as your password which you will use to access your online portal time to time for updates on your application . But not sending signed confirmation print out is what im sceptical about. Back to that image, those two schools with VPD completed are the schools that the signed uniassist confirmation page were being submitted, while that of rhinewal with application incomplete are the ones the signed confirmation pages have not been sent to uniassist. Answers to most of these questions should be gotten either from the school's website or by emailing them, and if you're uploading docs then it should be the original, so what are you authenticating? Your original docs?

I must confess that I have been greatly impressed by people's responses to all question.
I did all night reading this thread from part1-part 3.

Please can you guys help me with the following:
- How can I pay the uni assist fee?
- How much will notary public guys take to authenticate documents(do I have to go with original? Any referral?)
- Can I use NIPOST(the house seems to be divided on NIPOST)

Ok. Well, naturally, professional or academic LOR is acceptable. Since they didn't specify, I think you will be ok.

Unless the school says otherwise, you have to certify and send your certificates to uniassist.

NB: You don't have to certify before uploading. Certify and send by post.

@Seyi et al, HRW doesn't require hardcopies of anything at the application stage but simple uploads. Be it your first app via uniassist or not (signed form inclusive; the online submission is enough but the icon for printing would still be there as usual). Obviously most people do not know and still print, sign n post via dhl as bosses aber sie haben viele Geld! And uniassist won't even tell you, na part of your lapses. Don't forget, different schools, different rules. I've applied to a school that seriously sounded it to me twice in bold caps not to send the printed out app form via post as it's just for my personal reference purposes (their rejection letter was bae ). So make this matter end Abeg

ps: Prospectives should form a habit of reading FAQ's on the pages of the programs applied for.

Learn German in North Cyprus then apply for undergraduate courses with waec and you'll be surly directed to Studienkolleg but if you apply for transfer,it would be straight to 1st or 2nd semester to a German university or search for courses in English of your choice and do uni transfer with your credentials from North Cyprus.
