lolawilliams:I don't agree with most of what you wrote but if you wrote all this then I cut cap for you. However when you question the toughness of Kobe and Jordan then there is an issue. M.J played when you could still hand check. Did you know about the Jordan rules? Go and check M.J vs the Bad Boy Pistons. A.I cannot survive that treatment Don't talk about him showing up Grandpa Jordan. That's hardly an achievement A.I could not stop a nosebleed. He gets a pass because of his size though I love A.I bought his gear that year but truth is he really wasn't the quintessential team player. I agree he would have won a ring or two with better talent |

lolawilliams:I am more player fan than team fan just like you. I am a huge fan of Dirk and Kobe so there is that |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 9:30pm On May 17, 2016 |
Not too much to analyse what went wrong for GSW last night. Simply a case of what happened to OKC in the regular season. Same way the Warriors blew their lead is how OKC was blowing theirs back then. The Warriors bench didn't step up either and they have not been doing a lot of stepping up these playoffs. Guys like Speights, Iggy, Barbosa, Ezeli aren't doing enough. No one is feeling sorry for the Warriors though that's for sure This series should be a very good one. The two best scoring teams and three of the best scorers. Let us just watch and enjoy |

A40:Alright. Isn't there any cavs fan here?? |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Skywalker5(m): 10:07pm On May 17, 2016 |
lolawilliams:Was just watching some of the Cavs previous games before going to bed and i am worried that the Cavs have gotten better in the playoffs. Irving is really on fire. But all the same i am team Raptors for this game.Hopefully Lebron or Irving will pop a knee ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by lolawilliams(f): 10:21pm On May 17, 2016 |
Skywalker5:Cavs has won every playoffs games that bron, klove, nd irving played together.. There's unity In the team, we still got jr smith nd fyre.. Lool i'm unbothered I know we got this... Raptors wld probably get their ass whooped ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 10:24pm On May 17, 2016 |
lolawilliams:Good luck with that only LeBron fans here ![]() |

| Re: The NBA Begins by lolawilliams(f): 10:33pm On May 17, 2016 |
A40:Lol. I doubt this is a basketball thread. Its GSW thread |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 10:48pm On May 17, 2016 |
lolawilliams:Some people here support Celtics, Rockets etc. I think most of us here are united in our hatred for Lebron or may be we just don't want him to win another ring. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 10:52pm On May 17, 2016 |
lolawilliams:Lmaooo. You love controversy don't you? Like Eruditor said the bad belle towards LeBron unites us all. The team best equipped to deny him another ring is who we naturally support |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Mizzzbeee(f): 10:55pm On May 17, 2016*. Modified: 7:18am On May 18, 2016 |
lolawilliams:nope not everyone is a GSW fan infact you can't count GSW fans here with your five fingers. Cmon there are mavericks, celtics, spurs, even Ewuro4 and drinkmorewater are repping a shit club like rockets NO Cavs fans definitely .Unlike you they don't bash greatness "Curry" . He is respected not only because of his ball prowess but how he has carried himself on and off the court. He is a true definition of a MODEL....So hun u r welcome to wave the Cavs flag in which you were definitely waving the heat flag 3 yrs ago but it's ok! Love the conversation making the thread lively, and definitely am happy I am not the only lady on this thread ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by lolawilliams(f): 11:00pm On May 17, 2016 |
Eruditor:Lool. Youre trying to kill a good athlete vibe. I hope you get gsw get thunderstruck again, so we gon meet okc in finals. And you know wassup ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by lolawilliams(f): 11:04pm On May 17, 2016 |
A40:No lies, gsw owns the nba power ranking in regular season.. But I didnt expect this frm them in playoffs. Cavs own the nba power ranking in this playoffs. Either cavs or okc... But I doubt if curry will get that ring this season.. Westbrook nd k.d will do everything just to hold them down.. And k.d needs a ring bfore he leaves okc.. You'll hve to grind so hard bfore you get that ring ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by lolawilliams(f): 11:12pm On May 17, 2016 |
Mizzzbeee:I can see that 99.9% of people here hates lebron so much. Lool.. But how come warriors aint playing like someone who won 73-9 in regular season... I dont expect this from them... And you know if thunder shld win in game 2, I doubt you'll get to that finals. ![]() And I believe lebron hates curry so much that he doesnt want him to win another ring. He's getting old he need to win a ring for his hometown ohio... If lebron shld lose to curry again, he wont be a king anymore and I doubt that can happen |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 11:24pm On May 17, 2016 |
lolawilliams:Lmaoo. Its only Game 1 let's see how it goes. Anyone but LeBron winning another ring is Ok by me ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SIRcumalot: 11:33pm On May 17, 2016 |
lolawilliams:there are a few us left but curry is the leagues darling now. if LeBron loses to curry again (knock on wood) it doesn't affect LeBron much, his legacy is already set in stone. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by lolawilliams(f): 11:35pm On May 17, 2016 |
A40:I feel lebron once eliminated your team from playoffs, that's why you hate him, or whats your reason? |
| Re: The NBA Begins by lolawilliams(f): 11:40pm On May 17, 2016 |
SIRcumalot:But I wont want him to lose to curry again. i'll prefer him lose to someone else.. But lets wait and see |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 11:40pm On May 17, 2016 |
lolawilliams: lolawilliams:Did you see him mock Dirk in the 2011 Finals? That they lost and his childish utterances after? He is a drama queen, a diva. See what he said about Curry a guy from his hometown? Show some form of respect for a guy who put up a historic season. Kobe was a megalomaniac but he was at least upfront about it. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by lolawilliams(f): 11:58pm On May 17, 2016 |
A40:Do you know dallas was among the team who offered him a contract when he wanted to leav heat, that dirk matter is gone, dirk secretly wished he was in dallas. Dirk is not just a person in dallas, mark cuban wld never do dirk dirty in dallas by bringing in lebron if the matter was still on I dnt think he said anything bad bout curry this season, he praised him from the start to the end |
| Re: The NBA Begins by kingsilly(m): 12:34am On May 18, 2016 |
lolawilliams:I really need to know were you get your info from. ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 12:35am On May 18, 2016 |
lolawilliams:I guess you don't even follow James or listen to him from time to time. He dissed Curry after the MVP award, trying to bring a new definition of MVP, claimed he also was heated getting unanimous MVP vote in 2011. Said someone else deserved coach of the year. All those little things are immaturity and arrogance. most of us here don't like that. And that's why There'll always be a difference between Kobe, MJ and LeBron. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 12:47am On May 18, 2016 |
lolawilliams:Trying to redefine the word Valuable just because he didn't win it. The guy lacks class let's be honest Of course most people would move for LeBron if he were available even though I don't believe your story cos Dirk did not need LeBron to win a ring. The Mavs were never in contention anyway and LeBron knows better than to move out West where he would be buried in competition |
| Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 1:52am On May 18, 2016 |
SmooshCHN:10. Carmelo Anthony 9. Russell Westbrook 8. Deandre Jordan 7. Kevin Love 6. Chris Paul 5. Marc Gasol 4. Damian Lillard 3. Lebron James 2. Blake Griffin 1. Kawhi Lenard Guys that should be on my list but are not. 1. James Harden - sell this guy while he is high please ![]() 1. Curry - man if anyone else in the league showboated the way this guy does, you would hear about it |
| Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 1:56am On May 18, 2016 |
lolawilliams:Making the ECF every year like its breakfast will do that ![]() In other news, Game 1 is perfect for the raptors to steal. 8 days is a looong time and I dont see cavs getting into gear until 4th quarter. Raps have the momentum and a much superior backcourt - this game is theirs to lose. If I were betting, I would bet raptors tonight and make a boatload of money |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 2:55am On May 18, 2016 |
birdman:you lucky you did not bet. Fam, this a blowout ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 2:56am On May 18, 2016 |
These raptors are so inconsistent, they are also hell bent on shooting jumpers and threes |
| Re: The NBA Begins by raumdeuter: 3:16am On May 18, 2016 |
These Raptors no dey even try at all |
