Personally I will go for bad cook but good in bed because:
I can employ a good cook and go to heaven, but you can't employ a sexmate and make heaven.
You can pay for cooking classes, bros where will you find sex classes?
If the food is bad, I'll source for it outside, if the sex is bad, I'll source for it outside. I'll rather source for food than sex.
