It has been reduced to just 1hr or say it lasted just one hr cus i downloaded a tv serie of 74mb, thats my 500mb It stopped.......why is this MTN of a network like this. Posting this right now am using my glo sim. Wtf! They should ban MTN from Nigeria.

I just wanted to test this noise about #25 for 500mb.
All in all, l can confidently report this as complete scam.

Even if it connects u can use it for only 1 - 2hrs then it slows down completely finally it stops

I have used this stuf twice and i have not hv any issue. I will even start d download and slip.

I have uses it several times, one thing I am. Sure is that, the thing is definitely not up to 500mb..... If it is, then, mtn charges 4kb for what 1kb will do with normal data.

Same with Airtel 1 hour/2 hours unlimited night. Downloads deliberately slowed down so you can't exceed a certain limit within the allowed time frame.

For me is not always up to 500mb but i use 3 sims. So who's smarter?

Have you checked your app auto download settings?
Are your chats on auto download of media ?

Niccas what are you guys even complaining about for even if Mtn gives you 100Mb for #25 its still a very ok plan, compared to the other plans offered by other ISPs and which I know its much more than what is being offered by Mtn, so please quit whinning and appreciate the little you're given.

Did u check the apps that are installing updates automatically?

You are only concerned about what you are currently downloading, what about the rest of the apps consuming data in the background?

Did u bother to check your Data usage and consumption in settings and see how much u used?

i took the liberty of trying out the 500mb last nite just to see how true is this scam by resetting my data and then subscribing. checkout the screenshot below. after it stopped working.

The service has been programmed for a data cap of 500mb, it cant cheat you as long as there is no error in the core system. Stop complaining. check yourself first.

This is normal for a congested server. whenever i experience this i move to a corner of my crib where 3.5G (indicated by a + after the H signal) is strong.

I totally disagree with you. Its a Complete 500mb deal and it lasts from 12am-4:00am if your experience seems different, double check, you must be doing something wrong.
