OP I think 1st thing is you need to have a man to man talk with this guy and make him understand your sister is not down for his demands, him giving you a condition that all he needs now is to just sleep with her and even placing an ultimatum makes dialogue your 1st option, am also quite sure the SDC investigations revealed you actually belong to one of the frats that got involved in the fight, no issue with that, we all make mistakes. 2ndly if he is not the most senior member of the sdc team that presided over your case then I think you have hope of circumventing him on whatever evidence he has against you. Bear in mind that asking your sister to compromise her stance is not an option, you have to do your own little background check on the head of the sdc and meet with him directly if and only if he is not your lecturer's ally, you can confess your involvement in the issue to him and explain the tight corner your lecturer has placed you, who knows he might sympathize with you and ask what you want him to do, if you are lucky plays card with you you can buy him and have him destroy all the evidence against you or have him comment on doing proper investigation on your case and has deemed it fit that you are innocent. I don't see your lecturer harming you with any of those evidence without going through the head of the committee, It will be your lecturer's world against that of the head of the sdc and possible other members of the team. To go about all these, you need to be tact and read your lecturer's next move. Finally quit cultism, it will get you into bigger problems.
