What the new sheriff should do to stop the destruction are some of the followings:

1. Go to national TV, and withdraw his reckless and divisive statements.

2. Appoint people from every region, giving them a stake in their own country.

3. Free political prisoners.

4. Ensure oil black are given to the owners in the region.

5.Clean up the area.

6. Implement true federalism.

7. Release Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally and apologize to him.

These are some off the things that will make the country safe and good for all...

But if he continues with his winner take it all..he should be ready to use proceeds from ground nut, cocoa and tomatoes, to run his government of 97%...

****

Well u got some point but free political prisoners?why are they innocent?apologise to kanu?why though? What do u take presidency for?u think he's a principal of school? Man u need to be jailed for 21 years for saying our president to apologise to a criminal like kanu.

Nonsense. Show us the benefits after shouldering Nigeria's financial burden for over 5 decades.

Please allow us to lose those 'benefits '.

There is more division among you than you have with Nigeria quite unfortunately. A sovereign state won't solve your problem. It only takes you to the next dimension, a cold war that exists between your ethnic nationalities simply boomerang into a war. You won't agree I know but I have lived in your midst, so I know what I am saying. I witnessed the warri war of the late 90s and from what I saw it pays you guys to belong to Nigeria than have your sovereign state. When your common enemy 'Nigeria' is gone, you WILL turn the gun to yourselves. I don't have any iota of doubt that will happen.

Let's start with the demands for true federalism first.

Nigerians don't understand the meaning. If they did, they'd understand that as of right now, that is what is being practiced in Nigeria. Aside from state police (which i will never recommend for Nigeria because of it's tribalistic tendencies) Nigeria is a federal state. Oil has clouded the meaning in Nigeria.

[b]Buhari had the power and support of the North and Sw, all he needed to do was to draw the SS and SE, despite how the election result tilted, if only he had shown equal love, he would have Nigeria at his palms because showing EQUAL love to all Nigerians even when some didn't vote you cripples that region from opposition totally..

How come SS and SE are crying more that PDP Politicians? because they feel marginalized
How Biafra is now very known internationally? because they feel marginalized
How come the militants are up in arms? because they feel marginalized

and the opposition would work with the minds of the (marginalized) people.

Truth be told, I love Buhari no doubt and believe him, but at this rate, we would crash eventually.

THAT STATEMENT OF 97% AND 5% KILLED THIS ADMINISTRATION.

One thing I'm wondering is ; Did this system of government just become a "current" thing? This false "federalism" we practice, the act of granting few individuals licences to prosper at the expense of the well being of every other person..

I agree with this in principle but simply because i know for a fact that the elites (both north and south) who maintain a choke hold on the prosperity of the nation will never ever ever ever allow a peaceful unraveling of this unholy alliance, i don't see it ever ending well... Peaceful unbundling ? Not going to happen, they will get mercenaries and fight to the death, Carnage and destruction is what i see.....

I am a product of OAU and ever since i saw what Cocoa got SW before the oil curse, i've always wondered how and where SW could have been if the black curse hadn't been discovered in Nigeria...

Aguiyi Ironsi did this nation a whole lot of damage..

we would have been better off today without oil dear, we are finding it difficult to move on and develop because of the oil and owners of the oil.

Cursed be the day oil was discovered in Nigeria cos that was when we starting growing backwards.

The SE and SS declared public hatred for PMB during the elections campaign last year, PMB is human like everyone of us, if any group display openly their hatred for you, it will take you time to get over it easily. The SE and SS also added insult to injury by telling PMB and the whole world openly that they had no regrets supporting Jona.

The SE and SS lack political tact, the northerners who supported Jonathan all through lay low after the elections and started reaching out diplomatically to PMB, even the northerners in PDP presently are always tactful when dealing with PMB. Politics is a game and it could go either way. When its not in your side, you act diplomatically and build bridges. Our brothers across the Niger must learn and respect others even when they do not agree politically. PMB will complete his tenure and when another election time comes, every region will have their opportunity again to show their political prowess. We should stop being cry babies.

Then President Buhari is Not a Politician and can't rule a complex nation like Nigeria.
Now he knows we hate him, let him let us be...
We wanna be all by ourself...
He should rule those who Love him (North and SW) and leave Us to control our resources.

People who have 24 hours power supply from Nigeria LNG since 2003 on Bonny Island in Rivers State, but they still remain backward and underdeveloped. People with a population of less than 4 million but who collect twice more federal government revenue allocations than Lagos State with a population of more than 20 million, yet they are still wallowing in poverty and prefer kidnappings for ransoms and stealing crude oil to legitimate jobs.

Aren't we all tried of all these problems, militancy today, terrorism and Boko Haram tomorrow. These problems always appear for a reason, they are not just there. Why can't Nigerians come together and ask ourselves what the problem really is? Why is everybody complacent, docile and unconcerned about the national question. Everybody thinks corruption is Nigeria's problem.

The national question is a bigger problem than corruption. How can we live together and share governmental responsibilities without much problems? That is the question.

You voted Buhari to fight corruption. OK, he's fighting corruption but isn't there a bigger problem facing the country now? Militants have reduced government revenues by a quarter all because of what? The NATIONAL QUESTION!!!

Let Nigerians continue to act like they don't care, that we are one fantastically united country and that corruption is our major problem. Militants, Fulani herdsmen and Boko Haram will keep teaching y'all a lesson.

Buhari isn't fighting corruption. He is doing a witch hunt..

I know how the mind of people like you work. Too shallow to comprehend deep issues. Effusive, lack of restrain, inability to reflect is a bane of those going around bombing but it is typical of the Niger Deltans. Unfortunately I will get worked up because I have already a tie with you. When I told you I have lived among you, be sure its for a reason. I don't and I mean it, I don't ever see a Niger delta exists as sovereign state with oil. NO!, there is too much division within your ranks - Ijaw, isoko, urhobo, itsekiri have never proven they will coexist peacefully as a sovereign state sitting on top of vast array of oil.
