Funny thing is that they never asked me to upload Valid ID...I just gave them License Number and expiry date and it got approved less that 3 minutes

Well it depends,If you mix all pics together then you choose "General" as sub-category under photography.

But if it's seperated you can select your picture category on KDP

I tried signing up on shutterstock, but they are requesting for a valid id, which I don't have.

Young man, please turn off your VPN if you are using one. Use your Nigerian IP to sign up. Nobody should help you sign up. Do It Yourself (DIY) - that's was what crazymommy said in her one of previous comments.

If you took time to go through ALL THE PAGES, you will find out I made mention (on page 5) that VPN should be switched off. You aren't seeing Nigeria because you are using a foreign IP.

The acceptable/valid IDs to use as proof as identity are: International passport, driver's licence and National ID card.

Without any of these, I doubt (emphasis on doubt) your application will be approved. I stand corrected. The easiest ID to get is international passport. Try getting one from immigration office closer to you.

I think I once read that BB gives a US IP or so (I stand corrected). Try using a non-BB phone to sign up or go to a cyber cafe to do it.
