When we screamed about the illegal acquisition of military hardwares in Niger Delta people thought it was a joke. Any way that would be an invitation to full scale war and total blockade.

Didn't know naij has that...but don't let 'em TOWs catch them. grin

Anyway, make love not war and everyone should demand justice, fairness, and equity. These people deserve more from Nigeria.

Northerners should go back to the farm and cows. Ditto everyone else. Let them enjoy their black gold - it isn't going to be there forever.

Shalom.

haha yea but since TOW uses line of sight .. it will be useless against it as this can be deployed from a long distance with terrain advantages.

Yea PEACE OVER WAR.

One thing that I have learnt in life is that anything can happen. Never think that something is impossible in this world that's the reason why you should always have a plan B

Just educated you a little. If there should be a war again, you can be rest assured that every part of the country will have a bitter taste of it directly this time because both sides are connected to the outside world through the Atlantic unlike the Biafran side of 1967 that were blockaded from all sides. The least you could do is to pray for peace and not brag and count on the NA alone.
Lemme give u a benefit of doubt dat u are sane but I can review my submission if you give me reasons to though, ....,,Never , I repeat never never again compare a fight against BH to wateva u compared it with in your earlier submission. Thank u

Lool. But MLRS aren't that accurate and I doubt they've a longer range than TOWs. So they won't negate anything, tbh.

Anyway, let me tell you a little secret before I leave the thread. Do you know that Nigeria is one of the few countries that either abstained or voted against the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples? The countries that voted against it are US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand...that's understandable cos these countries were built on stolen lands. While the ones that abstained are the ones trying to steal some territories.

So, what was Nigeria's excuse for abstaining from a declaration that will protect the country from external aggression? I believe it's cos there's internal colonisation going on in Nigeria - with Northerners colonising the rest of the country. And Niger Delta is a classic example. Ditto Fulani madness all over the country. We as black people need to stand up against tyranny, the same way our forebears fought against western colonisation in Africa. The Fulanis are the new slave masters and they must be stopped, period. That's the way I see it.

blockade can't happen cos this is not 1968 but 2016. Nigeria army haven't won any war without outside help.

This is the problem with you people...you talk any how. Didn't Buhari just cancel his trip due to their threats? Instead to be preaching peace, dialogue, you are adding more fuel to inferno.
Are you nuts? What peace talks are you talking about? So youd rather talk peace with some misguided entities who chose to take up arms against a sovereign nation? You must be either drunk like Fayose or clueless like Fani-Kayode.
Im not sure if you are a fan of the international community, let me school you a bit; case scenario was Crimea when it chose to go to war with Russia, the US threatened Russia with sanctions upon sanctions and the UN imposed so many other rubbish but in the end....the rest is history. Another is the case with South Korea and North Korea......rest is history too. Look at Iran and all other countries in that region, they are like cats to lion. Even Saudi Arabia isnt finding it funny there. Now what will happen is this if they eventually carry out their threats; Nigerian soldiers will die, they signed up for it anyway, the entire SS/SE will begin to perish. Two, economic activities in that region will sky rocket like the case of Dollar to Naira. The international community recognizes Nigeria as a sovereign nation, do they know who NDA is? Even Shekau made himself known when BK was at its peak. Let this people state their grievances and stop making irrelevant demands thats capable o bringing this govt down. So they should release all prisoners and make SS look like Dubai? They must be high on Jonathanian weed. Where was the NDA when Nnamdi Kanu was arrested? Where were they during the last 8 years? Set of useless imbeciles!!! Lets see who laughs last.

More had been given to them. But should they now hold Nigeria responsible when their leaders are cornering everything? You wanna know the truth niggah? Those arsewipes are doing this because GEJ lost the election. And they're also fixing to pay the north back for using BH to mess GEJ's tenure. That's all. That Kanu piece of shit may be another factor.

In my opinion I doubt if they have a surface to air misses. I seriously doubt it. But that is not totally impossible. One thing we have to understand is that there is a horrendously growth of black market arms deal. In fact, with the global nature of the world, one can purchase weapons such as RPGs, machine guns etc through the many black markets roots with presence online. Do not doubt one with money. With money, it is not totally impossible to get surface to air misses drop eastern European countries and former Soviet regions esp when they know it is going to be given to Africans who will not pose any trait at their countries. These guys swam in money in the last administration. So you never can be so sure that money can't get it for them. Nobody knew that Ukraine rebels had a surface to air missiles until they shot down a Malaysian airline.

This is getting serious. How did they get missile capabilities?

So the whole period they have been granted amnesty, throughout that period of 6 to 7 years, they have been busy stockpiling weapons. No wonder Kalu spoke of the capability of biafra to launch ground to air missile

No wonder dasuki was busy weakening the NA

No wonder asari, oritsejafor and Jonathan were in and out of South Africa and other countries buying weapons for the war they've been carefully planning!
