technically, this is a wrong time for the doctors to embark on a strike. with present condition of the economy coupled with the militants issue the government is saddled with, I doubt they will have many people sympathizing with their cause. at any rate government will hardly give them any attention for now. unfortunately the masses will be the ones to suffer. I suggest the NARD should shelve their intended strike for now bearing in mind that practically every sector is presently in disarray and it won't do any good if everyone decides to go on strike.

sometimes i wonder why some brainless people av access to handsets... No insult intended... But for your information, Nigerian trained Medical Doctors are among the best brains in USA health sector, and other foreign countries.

Everything in Nigeria is not about PDP or APC. Most things is about common sense. World over, health sector is capital intensive and government should have minimal involvement. It's only in Nigeria either state or federal government own and operate hospital. Health sector should be left in the hand of private sectors while government duties is just regulation.
