Averagely, I do meet 11 beautifully dressed ladies every day and I do compliment them, but I'v neva received a negative response from any of 'em.

This is 07:40am, I'v complimented 3 ladies today and not a single negative response from 'em....

Point is, before yu will compliment any nigerian lady, make sure you are also well dressed and do so with a beautiful smile.
