for me oooo,i did not use hot water neither did I use post partum belt immediately .i started using wrapper to tie my belle @ 3month cos d PP belt will b too hard for d skin....

yes ooooo cos if u use Post Partum belt u might b putting pressure on d site n I drank hot/warm water n hot pepper soup for one month........i told a real life here abt a woman who did CS n went to use postpartum belt immediately n d stitches loose n she was bleeding seriously n had to b rushed to d clinics n taken back to d theater..Na God save d lady dat day.....so just wait a while before using or ask ur doctor if it is safe
