I think there's is a kinda general issue here, I also did every necessary thing, and got to the last page.....and clicked submit but it dint load. Upon subsequent trials, it says my email, bvn and phone number have all been used.

is there anyone that successfully submitted and got messages confirming their reg in their emails?

Bros, I have done that. I saw that after your answering of Yes, you weren't led to the next page which was to submit. I am only implying that your answer of Yes to your Posting to Residence Area, must have been the reason for reverting you to the page you saw. I would say that you should have save and continue later in a stage before that stage so that you will have a second chance. What you can do is to re-register for a new BVN to reapply.
Hey am u really serious with what u telling this guy? reapply for new BVN ke for what? How did u come to all this conclusion?

I applied around 4am on Tuesday, I uploaded my documents which Is step 4 according to d site. I didn't get a notification Dat d documents has been uploaded successfully. the site just hanged. I logged out and vowed never to continue d process. to my surprise, I received a congratulatulatory message on Thursday though I didn't complete d whole step.,

this is a very vital info people tend to ignore. me too have been suspecting this, that people with uncompleted applications also receive congratulatory messages too. and this is very bad and risky cos my docs at d final stage didnt didnt take as much loading tim as i expected b4 neywrk issue statrd nd was never rectified until 12hrs later receivd a congratulatory messg undecided embarassed

it means Your data is already registered . Just sign out and login again to proceed to upload your document and submit

I have a similar challenge, my data is already registered, but the problem is when I log out to log in back, it brings a fresh registration page complaining of the same fields again - e-mail, telephone and BVN. It doesn't take me back to where I stopped as I presume. It has actually happened twice now, using different email and numbers.

Please help.

This website is just a stressful threat, I've just discovered that you have to be completely jobless to be registered on this platform.

thank bro I did as directed of which I apply for the build which is what I want but getting to the stag 3 of the registration were am ask to upload my CV and result I did and I clicked on submit and was directed back to de home page... and since have been trying to re start de registration it's keep telling me that my BVN and Email has already been used.... I don't know is anyone here is going through the same predicament...
Many people are experiencing the same issue myself included.
I don't know whose idea it was to make the website full of designs and animations but lack basic functions. promoting beauty over efficiency.
Bunch of incompetent mofos.
Anyway if you are getting that situation there is nothing you can presently do but wait. I was told it means the registration is complete but you wouldn't get congratulatory message right away. So all we can do now is patiently wait.
All the best.

Yes! full of beauty than efficiency. Pathetic!

yes...i click on the submission botton and it went straight to home page

I believe your application has been received, but due to some hitches on the website you're taken back to the first page, or you get something link error or you see blank page.

Wait for 48 hours!

If you're able to get to the final stage: submission page of npower portal, you clicked on it and you're taken back to page 1, close the page, it means your application has been received.

However, you might not get congratulatory email immediately.

One of the applicants just told me she just got acknowledgment email today Thursday containing her registration number having submitted on Monday .

If you're facing the same issue, please be patient and keep checking your inbox and spam folder for updates.

If you succeed in getting to the final stage and it upon submission it takes you the the home page. DO not panic, it is most likely that your Application was submitted successful. However, to verify that the application was successful, try filling the form again, if you get the error email used or BVN already use; then congratulatory your application was successful. you will get a congratulatory and confirmation soon.
Still having difficulty, then you can reach me on 08052000090 and I will offer any assistant I can.

Hey this is an old resolved issue. The guy addressed to already understood what was meant. I advised that he reapply for a new BVN since he really wanted to apply for the npower after not submitting. I told him so because the site captures your BVN and won't allow you to reapply.

I do not think that the new data base requires any login, as opposed to the initial registration that requires we login to fill the forms. Now I'm stuck here as trying to fill the form echoes that my email, phone no, and bvn is already taken when i haven't really completed a the 5 steps.

Start afresh. The new registration process doesn't require login again.

Use your correct email and fill the form Blessings
