Hello there..

Have you ever be in a situation whereby you feel like approaching a girl, but you just couldn't do it?

Maybe you’ve either, one time or the other been in a situation where you feel you might get disgrace in the crowd before approaching a girl?
OR
Your liver go just cut in the belief that that girl passing by or sitting down alone can’t talk to a guy like you, so you feel the anxiety and you never approached her..

First a quick shout out to these two niggas out here, the likes of Xxxtedyxxx and iLegend.These guys among others (David de’angelo, Adam Lyons etc) prove to be quite active in interacting with girls/women.

Anyway.. Our Topic : CONFIDENCE WITH APPROACHING.

The word confidence on most parts, has been moving around with a lot of misconceptions..
Some people believe confidence to be something of a vague, nebulous thing.

You might know some guys who claim confidence is something you’re born with.
Maybe, maybe not.
The truth which you already know is; they are wrong.

Definition: Confidence actually means Self-assurance.

And you can only be self-assured if you’ve achieved some past success before.


Let you and I make a study right now;

Research from Yale, has shown that if a guy approached 7 different girls within the period of 7 days, and has successful approach with 5 girls, got 4 phone numbers successfully and bed 2 girls..
..His state following the next approach will be of a confident one.

That’s it.

Was he born with it?
No..
But he removed himself from all self-doubts and make some approaches, little by little, he’s getting positive replies back from the girls and that is reinforcing his ability to approaching different girls more..

Because all he will be remembering will be the previous successful approaches he made, and the ones he got in bed with, and that will aid him to be in that state called CONFIDENCE.

So confidence is a STATE, created as a result of remembering your past successes.

You might be making this mistake of judging your worth by a girl turning you down, which is not a cool idea.

Either she says yes or not, the Alpha male (Badboy) know that his value is still his value, because we have more girls out there than just limiting his god-given talent on one girl's response..

So for guys who still tend to deal with this Approach Anxiety one time or the other, here are the solutions;


THE FIRST SOLUTION..

The Use Of Remembering Your Past Successes..
(This one is discovered from Michael Jordan and it is quite effective).

MJ once said and I quote, “I became successful with the balls, because anytime I’m inside the basketball court, I only remember the pictures of the balls which I score”.

So you right now as you’re reading this, maybe you’ve randomly approached 100 girls and you were only successful with one or two women..
..You can build your confidence instantly by; forgetting the 98 girls you didn’t have success with, and remembering only the 2 girls you had success with.

As you go out to start your approach, keep replaying the images of those two girls you had success with in your head.

How you felt then, remind yourself of the feeling again as you make another new approach and instantly go into the confidence state..

The more you keep remembering that, the more confident and self-assured you feel inside yourself and with yourself when you’re making the next approach.

Got it?

But base on your choice of word, approaching a girl doesn't mean a guy has to forget his success goal..
