I mean, this was the same guy who sold her off to the Boltons for starters.. I don't think Jon would have accepted. Sansa took a great risk counting on Lord Baelish..for all we know, he could have contacted Ramsey and fought for him instead. I understand why Jon wasn't told

If the GOT directors had played by all our logics people will still complain (we can never be satisfied) We all need to know that this is not a movie but a series and considering the budget they used, it was an Epic Episode, A Suspense filled battle scene with a great story line.

And to be sincere Sansa defeated Ramsay's mind-game. His only mistake is telling teamJon that the hounds have not fed for 7 days.
I hope Sansa learn much from Littlefinger how to use Brain effectively....

So you didn't hear when Ser Davos said 'follow your commander' when Jon was all alone with Ramsey's riders approaching? Do you think Jon would have survived if those men had not come in between. This is why it is good to listen to dialogues not just watch action scenes..like it or not Jon would have tried to save Rickon and taken Winter fell back, that's Jon..have you forgotten he escaped from the Nights watch to avenge Ned Starks death? Sansa also advised him to wait for a bigger Army knowing Ramsey won't let Rickon live..did Jon listen? No!! He was all about saving Rickon
