Listen, property & investment talk is something that doesn't come up in every day conversation or crosses the average person's daily thoughts, unless if one has won the lottery or something. It's one of those things that get a once in a lifetime interest, when let's say, someone is at a stage in life where they're thinking of buying a house, etc. Many people, not just women, have have little knowledge of the property industry & only look into it when it fancies them.

Yeah you are right it is the mindset of people and it baffles me why, we all make mistakes but can improve no matter how but talking of blacks or Nigerian those that I know invest in property so where the one advising me that with little change I can start something wish is a good motivation is not until one is 30,40 before doing important things in life.
