Here in Jato-aka, Benue state, we've not had light for almost a month now. Before then we were having uninterrupted supply for days on end. Then once in a while they'd cut off power for 1 or 2 days. So u can imagine how difficult it feels now

It's still the same crappy service in Egbeda now. No change. If we're in their good graces they let us have light for a few hours daily -- say between 6-12 hours. There are also times when they leave us with less than 1 hour in a 24 hour period.

I was in asaba last wk... Na inside glo base Station I dey charge.

But seriously, it is not the duty of yhe state govt to repair anything .... It is the duty of the disco BEDC

Government will spend hundred millions on communal electricity Projects only for the disco to claim ownership of the assets they didnt break a sweat over.... Its annoying.

The earlier we do away with the national grid, d better.

Delta state has 3 power plants and yet asaba does not have light.... Na wa

Delta State now has 2 power plants. The supposed third has packed up.

About 20 minutes per week. Ijegun, Lagos. They bring it for about 5 minutes and take it. Never to restore it again.

The 20 minutes is spread over 4 days. Ikeja Electric shouldn't even dream of coming to this area to share bills........
Re: Current Epileptic Power Supply, How Is The Situation In Your Area? by seyiojomu(m): 10:47pm On Jun 30, 2016
No light here in bessam, airport drive, mafoluku axis, lagos. been in the dark for about 4months now. As a matter of fact, d last bill we recieved was in February.

For Asaba and Agbor residents, a transformer in the 330/132kv transmission substation is leaking oil, for the past month now, no light in Asaba. And we know how government (it's a transmission fault) bureaucracy works
Yeah, the situation is worst here in Agbor.
Re: Current Epileptic Power Supply, How Is The Situation In Your Area? by benedictac(f): 10:50pm On Jun 30, 2016
In my area they are trying considering the above comments. At least we have light for more than 12 hours daily except there is major fault or rainfall which can not stay for more than 2 days at most. Before una quote me, na Dawaki, Abuja. But before now, our light no dey blink

I don't even want to think about that and start getting sad this beautiful day.

Just want to save money and install solar power.

You provide your water, security, drainage etc.

Might as well just provide your own energy

About saving up for a solar energy system you can get a PayGo solar plan for just N67,500. Call: 0803-512-5915 or Email: victor.nwosu@solyntaenergy.com
