Hi guys, I'm new here but I have been following this thread for a while now, I have a son who just turned 4 and I have had a still birth at 38 weeks due to negligence on the part of the doc. 1 year and 6 months later I started trying again and had a blighted ovum and since then nothing, although I had a positive blood pt 2 months ago and 5 days later my period started.I pray this month of July we shall record over 50 bfp IJN

Sorry for the pain...it shall indeed end in praise....no doubt about that!

As already said, take pain reliever before the procedure. I used cataflam then.

I will suggest you complete a new cycle before repeating the procedure...who knows whatever may have been cleansed during the last procedure...it happens. Also to give yourself and that 'place' time to heal before another. It's even recommended to carry out hsg within 3months apart.

Welcome to the thread as a posting member. It's not abnormal to have some fluid come out after intercourse. The sper.m cells are housed and transported in the seminal fluid and after Ejaculation, the spermies swim up while the fluid flows out gradually. The only problem is when everything both spermies and fluid flows out completely which can't even be determined 100% with the naked eye. Have you done a HSG before to be sure that your tubes are open? I'll rather you use something like Clean Point Tampon or Guaifebao to cleanse as they are also known to open up tubes and cleanse the Uterus.

Am not saying the Soap you have is not effective just that I know nothing about it. I can only speak for what I know. Besides Gynaes and Fertility Specialists advises against using Soap to wash the Veejay. It has its own disadvantages. Take care.

Everybody is different,and every experience is different too.
My first HSG was painful and I bled a little for two weeks till my period came,that was when I still had fibroids.

The second HSG after myomectomy was much less painful and no bleeding at all.

saw this online the largest fibroid ever.

So no need for it then. "Don't fix it if it ain't broken" I believe what you're seeing is the seminal fluid which contains dirts etc that normally flows out of every woman after intercourse. If you're too worried, you can try the old wives tale of raising up your leg supported by putting a pillow under your bum and staying that way for about 30mins. Although what my Dr recommends is to lie down on your side either left or right for as long as possible he says it works better than the raised bum one. Do you have a good luteal phase? Has your husband been tested? If no issues on his side, then just relax and pray for it surely will happen. If not let him get tested since you've been confirmed ok all round.

Enough is enough! We all must ger a bfp dis month of perfection, cos d kingdom of God suffereth violence and only d violent can take it by force! Therefore, we take our long awaited bfp by force, I just heard a testimony in church on wednesday where a woman with no fallopian tube conceived and delivered, another had Low sperm count and has twins all in d same church wey I dey o! I don vex!

The values you posted are within the normal range. 50% Motility is a good value and in his case it's very good because of the count. What it translates to is 20million Motile Sper.m when some people actually have a total count of 20million and Motility of 50% which would mean just 10million Motile sper.m.
