If it's 2.5mg that you have, it's taken once a day and u can start on any cycle day.

Hello Skylarr & experienced ladies in the house, pls can you enlighten me on this DIM product. I heard about it and I'm wondering if it can improve my case. My case went from right ovarian cyst to bilateral cyst coupled with high prolactin despite no discharge from my breast and elevated FSH. Not giving up yet though. Does it treat/cure Ovarian cyst? Any success report on its use? How much is it? Currently on Bromergon...2ce daily...effects not cool. Starting my first ovulation induction next week. Thanks a lot.

Have been an emotional wreck for weeks now so I am off TTC for now. I have prayed and so I took a decision concerning my marriage as I have to resolve this teething problem of constantly begging for kpekus from DH. For now I Dnt care about the outcome as I have informed family,church and my lawyer(if necessary I want to start proceedings for divorce) ; I can't continue my life like this.

@mamaTB devil is a liar. You forced me out to write. I've been following your advice to others so couldn't keep calm when I saw ur comment. My dear, remember its till death. In good and bad. The church can only advice separation when ur life is threatened in the marriage. Or if the man in the first place was sterile and refused to disclose. Even in infidelity, you'll be asked to forgive.
My dear, my 2 cents is to pray as never before. Your people or mum might tell you to leave the marriage, but truth is that it's your life and not theirs. One good question to ask those encouraging you to leave is whether a problem is solved by running from it. Marriage we're told is not a bed of roses. One partner will always be stronger to pull the other in difficult times. You've got a home to protect dear, believe it or not. God can't give you a task you can't carry. It may be hard, but he await your step.
Concerning his libido, have you tried getting him on supplements like macca or manix? Has he repeated tests after infection treatment? His levels were not too okay, and the motility too low. Infection could have caused that and many more including low libido.
Men are always men and will never let you know how they feel inside. You have to treat them as kids to get it out and get them do what you want them to. With God on your side you'll have the last laugh.
My final advice, never bring a third party into your marriage. Men don't like it at all. Not even his mum nor urs. God is the only safe Person at difficult times. Peace.

Mama pls pls... be calm. Its good you have taken a break to rest from active TTC for now. This was actually going to be my recommendation. Cos the pressure of active TTC month after month can be overwhelming.
Pls stay in ur marriage dear. Dont let TTC put asunder what God has joined together. Pls lets be patient and wait n surrender our efforts to God. Dont give up dear. Is he a bad man? is he not providing? does he have a side chick? is he unfaithful? does he beat u?
My dear, if ur answers to the above are NO, then you hv a good man ooo.
Him not making efforts to kpekus can be reversed with time, patience, love, undastanding & God. He may also be feeling down with former futile efforts at TTC. Or he may feel responsible for the delay or something. Pls bear with him, ma'am. I know its frustrating to hv a dh that runs from kpekus while you are ttc but abeg give him some more time. And maybe seek counselling or better still leave ttc for now (like u hv done) n try to build up ur marriage again. Tk cr n be strong

@ mamaTB, I concur with what all the other Mamas have said, please heed to their advice. We'll be praying for you, your DH and your marriage here. Please if you have the time, maybe consider @ subzidi offer or at least hooking up with her sometime just to sit and chat. The program and chatting offline with a fellow mama in the same predicament as you might do you a lot of good. I know I felt good meeting with @ Sugah when we met. We sat down for hours gisting and didn't even realise the time until her husband called her. It actually did me some good meeting face to face with someone from the thread and of course someone going through ttc as I am.

100% possible. In fact most Gynaes and Fertility Specialists will immediately place you on antibiotics before starting any other thing whether you test positive for Infections or not. Lots of women get pregnant after treating infections. @ Sugah got pregnant after undergoing a 24day antibiotics course which she shared with us here on the thread. She's the one person that comes to mind now Am sure there are several other Mamas here that might have gotten their bfps in the cycle they treated infection. My Dr's protocol is even intravenous antibiotics injections for 21days for the couple. Me and my husband hear am.

Please ensure you and your husband gets treated simultaneously and no BD or BD with protection during treatment. Also disinfect your panties and your Hubby's boxers with either bleach or disinfectant liquids like Dettol, Savlon, Ivy etc

MamaTB, I am sorry to say this but God can never lead u after ur prayers to divorce ooo. cos u said u hv prayed about this. Whats the frequency of the the love making ur Dh gives u? Is it as if he does not kpekus at all? (u dont hv to answer pls. Just reflect).
I say ds cos some men are too tired and worn out after hustling for money to make love frequently. I am not exonerating him but he may hv plausible excuses o. Talk with him n try to get n undastand his own view points pls. Hold him if he is a good man in other respects oo. Good men no plenty sis.
Personally, last month I took a very relaxed approach to TTC. I did not initiate love making at all. And I was pleasantly surprised that my Dh took it upon himself to initiate ALL our love making. And he made sure we kpekused every two two days. Na me sef con tire for am. I hv done it b4 n we missed ovulation period cos he didnt know (I did not tell him too ds time). Infact that month, we made love only like 2 or 3 times (he was busy n I did not initiate). So it may not work all the time but mehn there wld be less pressure, worry, timing, reminding, 'nagging' & negative emotions etc.
In summary, no divorce that man o abeg if na because of only ttc/kpekus. Love u.

The values you posted are within the normal range. 50% Motility is a good value and in his case it's very good because of the count. What it translates to is 20million Motile Sper.m when some people actually have a total count of 20million and Motility of 50% which would mean just 10million Motile sper.m.

the way my gyn asked me to use was to break a tab into two and use half in d mawnin& d oda at night for the a week or two before switching to using the whole tab at once.
