When I was a kid, my mum had a typewriting machine and whenever she starts typing she'll never stop until the paper is filled with words.

When she's not around guess what? You already know the answer. I sneak in and continue from where she stopped. Haha! That's where 70% of my inspiration comes from and the rest are from others avenues.

But the one I don't know where it comes from is when somebody makes a bad comment or remark about me, I immediately have 10 things to reply; and 5 of them are very mean and can spoil someone's day for weeks or months. And the other 5 are so loving. So, the battle is always the one to reply; if I can't make up my mind, then ignore for sanity sake.

And also, I'm accustomed to writing too much, and the more I write, the more it feels like I haven't written anything and the more the inspiration comes. And before you knew it; it has become a text book. Haha. I just can't stop, and I don't wait for inspiration to knock before I start either. My year one project was a 600+ page work. I didn't even know how I did that. Though, some pages were my HTML and Java codes. My lecture shouted, and gave me a B+ without reading up to page 20. He warned me not to do that again. Na laff I just laff.

Humans have a way of processing and categorizing written notes as either boring, good read, fun, hilarious, informative, hogwash, poor writing, lots of mistakes, can't connect with readers and so on. I use all of them. I start with either fun and hilarious line, then change to boring and too serious lines, make one or two mistakes either knowingly or unknowingly to show my imperfection and on it goes. Autopilot.

Modify: I didn't reveal much above, but I'll like you to try this thing I did to improve my thinking. I took 100 great quotes from great me and proved them wrong. Example: "Seeing is believing" was proved wrong to believing is seeing." The opposite of love is hate. It can be proved wrong, by saying the opposite of love is not hate, but tears; hate is a disguise.

In fact, when I have free time, I'll open a thread where you guys will send great quotes to be proved wrong.
