Oando E&P Holdings Limited will also subsequently take over shares held by Oando Plc and other institutional shareholders in OER, making OER a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Oando E&P Holdings Limited, a private company incorporated under the Laws of the Province of British Columbia.

So technically, Oando Plc do not have any holdings again in OER.

Me think GSK actually plans to lease to Suntory and not the other way round. The info provided to NSE said they plan to lease everything that the drink biz currently use to Suntory till they are able to get a place of their own to carry out the biz. You can look up the original result from NSE.
