1. What does it mean if a girl starts wearing make - ups
Is it that she is signalling that she's due for dating?

2. Is there any specific age a girl shoul attain before she starts applying make-ups

Even they make up for dead body, so ladies wearing make ups no mean anything.

I love make up but doesn't mean I'm ready for dating.. I juz love to add color to myself

I think a lady can start wearing a make up when she's at her 20s ...cheap make ups can make ur face either dry, prone to acne clog pores and it can irritate your skin...choose those suitable to ur skin
