They're everywhere here in lagos and S/w, and these parishes are units under provinces. do the maths..the leaders are likely to be positioned according to God's wishes. The Rccg does not ordain based on your tribe. The qualification is become a member of the church, go for new believer's class and baptismal class, get baptized, do your school of disciples training/school of missions/bible school. Stay for at least 5 years. Above all, you must be Holy Ghost baptized. Well you must have been filled with the holy ghost before water baptism unless you don't know what you are doing. With this u are qualified.
The job of a pastor is not easy. Some people reject it when call upon. It takes Abundant grace

They have no problems opening branches all over the nation but appointing a non Yoruba as a pastor (not even regional) in any of those branches is a problem. I have been to a church wia an altar call was made, 1 million naira, about 15 Igbo came out, 500k, more Igbo, yolobas started coming out when 25k was mentioned, yet u see them park SUV outside.
