I don't mean every Hi must end up being a relationship. All I was trying to point out was the obvious dismissal of the guy by you from the start...meaning he never stood a chance of even a friendly conversation from the beginning, even if he didn't have the intention of getting your number.

Even if you weren't in the mood, there are polite ways of dismissing him...else people would mistake your actions for pride from your chat description on your post.
