Hi. My visa application was approved on saturday. I applied 6th May. Medical mail was received 2nd of June. Meds done 8th and passed on the 10th. I submitted the ff:
1. All cic forms
2. Acceptance letter
3. Scholarship letter
4.bank statement of sponsors' company accounts (parents).
5. Letter of sponsorship
6. Form cac 7
7.transcript
8.waec certificate
9.pcc
10. Photocopy of my birth certificate and that of every member of my family
11. Photocopy of sponsors' land and shares documents
12 copy of undergrad certificate



Processing time: 10 weeks . No travel history. No SOP. NO CV. NO personal bank statements

Ladies and Gentlemen, i just received my passport request.

Applied online on the 20th of April.
After 12 weeks,sent a case specific enquiry to cic.
Medical passed 15th July.
Passport Request 18th July.

Documents Submitted;

SOP
Statements of account.
Contributory Pension Statement.
Acceptance letter ( with Funding )

Mandatory cic docs aka IMM ....

My application fraught with omissions,and i was scared. GLORY TO GOD who kept ME.

NB; I am self sponsored and i reasoned to keep my application simple.

In my opinion, tell your story with your docs and sop,however keep it simple and be truthful about who you are.

If you are headed to waterloo,biko holla at me,make we for book train ticket from bujumbura to ontario.

I have been refused twice and I don't know if I shld try again. I studied agric economic s here in Nigeria and I chose environmental science for a second degree. Can I apply again using a masters degree or better still go to us. I didn't use sop in my first application but I used in my second could send it to ur mail if u could help read through. Should I just stay off Canada for now cus at first d reasons were purpose of visit and family ties
Now they added travel history and personal asset. Please nobody shld tell me sorry o it would just worsen ma feelings right now. But if u have an advice for me am all ears. Thank u.

Buh currently working on an online advance diploma in clinical research distance learning with a uni in india .. I wana go study msc in public health in Canada.. do Canadian universities recognize distance learning certificates and since I have a lower credit, would I be considered for admission ?

Goodmorng, Did yu get vfs submission mail, nd the mail from vfs that says ur app has been forwarded to canada accra, also to link the app, yu dont av an application no yet, use family name and date of birth, and fill other details as it appeared on your application form, it shud go tru now,
