Me-NYC, going for a short vacation and i also have some attractions i will be visiting..

Then he typed for like a minute and issue a white paper that did not gave a clear reason for the refusal.

Well, am not sure but i felt it was my body language from the second question i was asked since it was my first time, pls house i need suggestion as i would be reapplying this time and am thinking going with my wife and not with our baby or should i reapply alone.

I believe with little equivocation that the purpose for which the Malaysian visa was granted you wasn't for BUSINESS purposes (probably for visit or academic purpose), and if I'm in any way correct, therein lies the reason for your US visa refusal. You can't really be trusted to abide by the visa terms if granted! Good afternoon

Did you explain to the VO that the old passport was not with you? You say u av Bn to Malaysia and he didn't see Malaysia sticker anywhere, pretty sure it led to his doubting your credibility

The VO would have asked should the need be. I was having a photocopy of that sticker as my old passport was not with me. I clearly stated on my DS 160 that my old pp was lost, so i dont think that was the case.

Even the VO's sometimes are too fast in taking decisions... and can likely make a wrong decision.

I think u were denied cos u didn't talk to the VO confidently when being asked why u travelling to the a states, n u were struggling with the choice of words.what u told the VO might have been different from what u filled in when applying.

Why aare we still on this matter? The young man already says he does not agree with the opinions and will re apply.

My thoughts actually. I honestly feel you should Stick to whatsoever truth/lie you filled in your DS160 form. They check these things to cross-examine your whole assimilation process. They ask questions based on these points.

I also advise we have reviews page saved somewhere on the computer to keep us updated before the D-day to avoid stories that tosh and payn *in falz' voice*

APpllicants shoould not be encouraged too lie or maintain lies told. Some transcripts have no apparent reason for denial and the posters will never tell you the complete truth.
Sometimes checks are conducted and the vo will just laugh, record your 'sharp lies' and refuse u. Will you remember lies tomoro? No

Kikikikikikiiii . I have been here since my dear sister however busy we were lately. I just try to waka pass some posts around here by all means possible oh. Many times , the VO always make judgement the way they feel like at that particular point in time. And as human they could judge wrongly too.

So if you think all is well with you, just give it some time, and apply later.
