Getting a graduate assistance really helps financially and if you get then your 6.5million stays back as your savings for raining day.... so first step is taking the GRE if u havent and ensuring you score very high to support your GP . ...and then fall session has more funding so if u are not in a hurry then aim at next fall session and not this january session

Guess what? You have one at your finger tips. Simply search for toefl materials on Android store or apple store. They have great listening lessons and all other components.

Gurus, please I need help finding schools that offer GA for MS. All the schools I've seen give automatic financial aid to all admitted PhD students but nothing for masters students. Am I doing it wrong or I just haven't found the right schools? Please help.
PS: I'm going for MS Chemical Engineering.

good morning everyone. I made a mistake booking my ticket. It states I am not allowed to enter the US until 30 days before the start date on my I-20. So here's the problem. My ticket is for July 31st to arrive August 1st. Start date is September 1st. It skipped my mind that August had 31 days and the earliest I can arrive is August 2nd. Called my travel agent to move the am date up e to 3 days but she is letting me know that there are no seats till mid September and due to summer prices have escalated. Could this pose a big problem to me? Thanks for your 2 cents guys.

That would be an egregious mistake if after getting the visa and arrived the United States, then you're turned back. Always play by the rules.

Someone else is lucky to let go does not imply you will be lucky too.

Over all, I personally think it's a lot better if you could change your ticket. "Better safe than sorry."

Yes i understand the urge. Nevertheless, when buying a ticket, make it an open ticket and send a call card to your agent, he or she would be happy.

Even if, there's a change in price, she will not add so much money. Some agents have cheaper tickets than airlines' outlets because they usually get discount like my agent. I call her pilot
