As almost all the NSE quoted companies has released their quarter 2 result, stock prices will start falling due to bad result released by most of the companies without interim dividend. Month of August and September are the right months to take position for 3rd quarter. Jijo strategy look good for present day stock market, atleast every three months ( 4 times in a year ) opportunity to make money exist.

Based on the Q1 run rate, I think they are overvalued at > N3.00 grin grin grin

I still have 55k units on offer at 3.10 if you wan buy sha
I still remember this post... At their current run rate they have a forward P/E of almost 14 not sure I can put my money in any stock with that kind of P/E especially when the management has no growth plans...

They have left their core business and focused in investing unclaimed dividends... mschew

I have one(1) unit of AFRIPRUD in my portfolio.
If I had a reasonable qty, I would have sold and left like 1 to 5 units, waited for it to come down to N2 or lower, then reload back.
The fall in profit is too drastic and emotional investing IS NOT A STRATEGY.
One day, UCAP will be better EVEN IN SHARE PRICE.

UCAP got more prospects than AFRIPRUD.

AFRIPRUD is just a regular Registra, while UCAP is an Investment House(Stock broking, mutual fund, trustees e.t.c)

AFRIPRUD share value should be lower than UCAP
