Do change of name..(thats if u have not done it)
Do a publication on a newspaper..
Using ur brother as a sponsor is no problem bcuz u had a madien name and all you old documents carry ur maiden name..

What i dont understand is.. Whose names are ur kids bearing?? ur husbands or ur Dad?

my dear mine is exactly two month stoo with UBA too. I had to go ahead and apply, but I explained in my SOP the situation.,also attached a copy of the processed form A for them. As it stands now there is no forex in de country. Their story though.

I believe they will require applicants to pay their fees before applying for study permit because of the foreign exchange crisis. If your sponsor is a third party, get his/her family documentations ranging from birth certificate to marriage certificate depending on how you are related to him/her.

Please do not be discouraged, last year my wife was denied three times on account of insufficient funds. First Application was in April and was denied in may. second application was in June and was denied in July. She then wrote her school who asked to start classes online while she reapplies. The application was in September and was approved in December. She is currently in Canada with my 3 kids though the last was born in Canada This year.
