GTB...
@Op. If you've identified the reason for the poor customer service as underpaid and over-worked front desk officers.
What's the need for the polls again? Shouldn't our attention and energy be geared towards eliminating the identified problem?
This basically why we ain't moving ahead around here, we spend our energy and resources dwelling on "the cause" rather than ways to solve the damn problems.

First Bank is of key. Don't know where the boldness of those guys come from. Maybe because of their minimal rate of sacking.

Don't get it twisted please, its not about the bank, its about the person you meet at the CCU, so don't just start mentioning banks name anyhow. What if another person in another branch or state has a good customer attitude?

I will give it to GTBank and Sterling. I am a CRM blogger. one thing should be clear. The fact that am organisation has technology does not mean they r
are customer centred. GTBank failed to manage their success.

Goodplace:
Following the growing rate of dissatisfied salary earners especially the bankers(cashiers) that spend long hours almost on a daily basis on their duty post and a high number of impatient customers that besiege the banking hall. Many unpleasant experiences has been said of by one staff of a bank or the other.
To your rating and experience which among the banks do you think is the major culprits?
Lol. Funny enough, o don't go to banks. Payments has been made easy! grin (Online, Mobile wallets, Debit and Credit cards). Thank you
