From a similar experience i had last 2months of which i was taking only Raspberry tea, I think u should keep avoiding sugary diet throughout this cycle and I dont think it will hinder O. I'm usually accustomed to pain but that month i couldnt endure it. Although, that was because of ovarian cyst, it's not always the reason for that pain. I went off sugar that month coupled with some antibiotics i was given at the clinic (my doc asked me to stop the tea, i just obey o) and my next AF was shockingly the most pain-free i experienced. So i advice, go off sugar since it's what u think led to it and (incase this wont be ur month) monitor your next AF. If you must take the tea, then make sure it's the kind that aids detoxification before O. I hope this helps. Other mamas may have better suggestions.

Sorry about the pain, I read Felvin is not good for TTC. You can try eating Pineapple, it works great in increasing flow for me. I sometimes get dried up on Day 3rd night and I'd just eat Pineapple to get a good 4day Flow instead of spotting. Eat all of the Pineapple, core and flesh. If you're in Lagos, the way Mallams and Mamas selling fruit peel and cut up everything. If you're peeling on your own, peel the body and eat up everything, don't cut out the strong middle.

Hey boo, glad u asked, i have been meaning to ask you about it o, but laziness no gree me see road.

I combined mine with self-massage and some pilates (Jessica Valant Pilates) i got on youtube i must tell u, it was wonderful, though i over did the massage one day which gave me serious cramp and discomfort, i gave myself brain the next time.

I was able to avoid the messiness by not soaking the entire cloth in castor oil, i just saturated the part that wud be on my belle then also oil my belle do self-massage then use the pack for an hr. Yes the oral one is the right one (small bottled one) since ur body would absorb it, i use the same one it is very important to use cold pressed castor oil as ur body would absorb it. Since u r not trying now u can do it all thru ur cycle but not during AF

I did 3 days on and 1 day off, was able to do like 6-7 days in total, i started a day after AF and stopped b4 Ov, though i didn't use any OPK just counted days and used ewcm to judge. But in all it was wonderful

I also took cucumber & watermelon smoothie every morning guess this was what helped with the ewcm. The PH-Defence (boric acid) suppository Enkaylala gave me really worked for infection, there was no cheesy discharge atttt allll.

The effect was good cos i really felt light, had up to 3 bowel movement in a day which was the effect of castor pack and massage. The morning i over did the massage i had 3 successive bowel mvmt that morning, so i believe it really works.

I pray God will sama us our miracle this cycle, if not i will continue next cycle, carry out TVS and do proper monitoring.

felvin is not good to take during AF while ttc,it affects the progesteron.take ordinary paracetamol instead

The thing is, God feels for us, and He loves us more than we know, but the barrier is the devil, so lets stop pleading with God, cos he has already done it, but lets continue to rebuke the devil and stand on the promises of God. Lets read the book of Romans, the prayers in Ephesians (1 and 3) and Collosians, that the eyes of our understanding will be enlightened and we may know what is freely ours.

See when God created humans, he gave a law to us to be fruitful, so when depression and discouragements come, go to the toilet and declare, body you are fruitful. Tubes I command you in the name of Jesus be unblocked. God words says declare a thing and it will be established, it also says whatever we allow on earth will be allowed in Heaven and whatsoever we disallow will also be disallowed. We have power, lets use our authority, God will not do it for us, we have to search and study the scriptures well.

Reading my post, and this phrase seems funny when I say God will not it for us, I mean God will not declare it for us, He has already sent His Word, It is for us to open our mouth and confess it, believing it.

I do it last thing at night before bed, i use the same cloth from the castor pack to clean off excess oil and store it in a glass jar. u can get another piece of small cloth to wipe better, i also have a specific loose top i wear to bed that period instead of my normal night wear, so i don't wash off i just drop my top and off to bed.

orney, paracetamol? I'm sure the pain laughed when i took paracetamol. Took about six at different intervals yet the pain continued its swag but just one felvin shut it up. But i have learnt my lesson. No more longthroat for sugary things. Will just have to look for a way to boost progesterone this cycle. Thanks.

Joyful mothers in the house I greet you all. Please I need your help in choosing a potent fertility formula that is cost effective as well.
Been on this journey of trying to conceive for over 4 years now. Early 2013 I was diagnosed with PCOS resulting from hormonal imabalance. Ever since I've been placed on clomid which I took for over 3 cycles(with hcg trigger shots) and which got me exceedingly dry. After that I did Hsg, I was told my tubes were fine.
Afterwards I sought a second opinion at another hospital and was diagnosed of hyperprolactinaemia, of which I was given parlodel (brimocriptine) for 21 days, still no results.
Also went herbal, without results.
The major issue I have is I no longer secrete cervical mucus during ovulation, neither can I predict when I ovulate, as prior to 2012 I was having normal ovulation with a good quantity of cervical mucus and ovulation cramps.
For the past two cycles now I've been on Fertilaid ova boost as we can't afford the whole formula for now. I read online that I could use Preseed to make up for the cervical mucus, and I'm curious to know if I could also switch to Evergreen fertility formula in place of the Fertilaid.
If you can educate me on the chances I stand going for Evergreen or sticking with Fertilaid.
Meanwhile hubby has been certified medically fit, and has been very supportive throughout this journey.
