I'm fine o, just upset about some ridiculous bill i received from the dr's office. I was charged 250 for scan that i did not request for besides they gave a confusing analysis and asked me to do another one again for the same 250(500 in total).

Also we have been on Nan1 for these 3weeks,and am suspecting it to be the cause, what other good formula can I use that won't cause constipation for them?

I imagined all regular blenders blend beans. If they can blend coconut, wetin be beans? Anyway, my phillip blends beans perfectly. I know my sister's kenwood does too.

Give them warm water to drink first thing in the morning, massage their tummy, pour warm water in their anus! Those are ways mamas here have induced poo from their lo when constipation sets in.

You may also try going a scoop less to see if it's being made too thick for them if it's still the same you can try switching to sma gold! My son was on it for six month straight and no hard poo for once.

Oh? The consistency I get is more than great. I don't remember if I can get any better than what I get already, even from the bigger machines. I think most people are just scared to try it at all.

I did ebf for 6month for my baby n it was because i was a stay at home mum then.am sure my nxt wont enjoy dat luxury.

My advise is dat if u are a stay at home mum n produce enough milk then ebf is just ok for such situation.
