If you have reservations about a preacher avoid the person's teaching and church, you're not forced to accept their person. All of us have pastors who we suspect or know to be false, but we don't put their names on social media to slander them. Please be very cautious, any thing a child of God says that doesn't edify the body of Christ is not of God. There are many men and women of God out there, if your spirit identifies with them, flow with them and leave pastor Adeboye and his ministry alone. If you don't know, don't talk and grieve the Holy Spirit. It's not everything that the eyes sees or the ears hear that the mouth is supposed to say. I agree with you. In this era of mega churches, and with churches being more of business ventures, be very careful because terrible things are happening to people's spirits in churches.

If you want to be safe avoid these:

1. Mega churches (they carry everything and are more interested in quantity rather than quality)

2. Avoid places with contention, gossip, (that is a sign that the person at the top is just like that)

3. Avoid places with emphasis on stories of satanism, demons talking through people of their exploits, and ridiculous concepts like mummy water and spiritual husbands. They are all made up, stage performed to create vanity.

4.The power of God is gentle so that is the quality you look for in a church. Too much drama comes from pride and vain indulgences which brings spiritual bondage. That's how they shut off heaven for the sheep they claim to feed.

As I finished posting the warning here on NL yesterday, the Holy Spirit gave me immediate confirmation from a book "fire in his bone" he said " it's a serious thing to reject God's message and to oppose his servants"(acts 13:4-12) then he then spoke to me from Heb 12:3 speaking about Jesus "for consider him that endured such contradictions of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds". I agree with you. In this era of mega churches, and with churches being more of business ventures, be very careful because terrible things are happening to people's spirits in churches.
If you want to be safe avoid these:
1. Mega churches (they carry everything and are more interested in quantity rather than quality)
2. Avoid places with contention, gossip, (that is a sign that the person at the top is just like that)
3. Avoid places with emphasis on stories of satanism, demons talking through people of their exploits, and ridiculous concepts like mummy water and spiritual husbands. They are all made up, stage performed to create vanity.
4.The power of God is gentle so that is the quality you look for in a church. Too much drama comes from pride and vain indulgences which brings spiritual bondage. That's how they shut off heaven for the sheep they claim to feed.

when a christian randomly picks on someone he has never met and he chooses to label them a member of a cult, just because of common admonition . May God forgive you, I know that as a Christian you can make mistakes but a born again child of God does not continue in sin. If truly you're of God marytruth you won't use your mouth to sin anyhow.
